Tanzania team launches Cassava Value Chain Innovation Platform

 

The SARD-SC Tanzania team will launch an Innovation Platform (IP) for cassava value chain in Kigoma, Tanzania.  The event will take place at the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) Conference Room on Thursday, September 11, 2014 in Kigoma Municipal. Participants expected are all the  stakeholders of the Cassava Value Chain and government officials including the Regional Commissioner of Kigoma, Honourable Lt CoL. Issa Machibya  and other important  personalities. The SARD-SC project Coordinator, Dr Chrys  Akem  will attend  the launching  ceremony.

    Malawi in central Africa has no value added products from cassava. It’s either just boiled or eaten raw. How can you help? Because most cassava is wasted.
